1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14/30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Final sale, underwear, swimwear, and gift cards are non-refundable.
2.Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
